Accounting - Tax - Advisory

After completing his degree in 1993, Nico gained experience as income tax assessor at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) while completing his honours degree part time. He joined Ernst & Young (now EY) in 1995 as trainee accountant and completed articles in 1997. After gaining further auditing experience at Moores Rowland in the UK in 1998, he joined Baldwins Steel as Financial Manager. Nico founded Anco Financial Services in 1999. He is particularly focused on making the often complex world of tax and finance understandable for his clients through thoughtful and patient interactions. He is married to Natasha for 30 years, and they have a son (26) and daughter (24).

After completing her degree in 1993, Natasha joined KIC as Payroll Administrator. Between 1995 and 1998 she worked as accountant for enterprises in commerce & industry and farming. Natasha joined Anco in 2002. She is responsible for accounting and tax compliance of a number of Neovision practices and other clients conduction business in inter alia wholesale import & export, property investment and letting, medical practices and market research. Natasha is also responsible for the accounting and tax compliance of Anco.

Jolandie obtained her diploma in 2004 with distinction. She joined Anco as trainee accountant shortly after her final exams in November 2004 and passed the Professional Examination of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) in November 2007. Jolandie is responsible for the financial management, accounting, tax and statutory compliance of a diverse portfolio of clients, in a variety of business sectors. Her extensive experience gained over the past 20 years, together with her attention to detail and friendly manner, makes her an invaluable part of her clients’ day-to-day business operations, and key member of the team at Anco.

Nalanie joined Anco in January 2022 as Trainee Accountant and is currently studying towards her B Compt-degree. Nalanie has gained previous practical experience as bookkeeper and payroll administrator in the insurance, business services and retail sector. She is responsible for accounting and tax compliance for a number of Neovision practices and other clients conducting business in inter alia property letting, manufacturing and retail.

After completing her articles in 2008 to qualify as Professional Accountant (SA) at an established Accounting & Audit firm in Worcester, she was promoted to manager in the accounting department at the firm, serving a diverse portfolio of clients with accounting, payroll and tax services. In 2015 she accepted appointment as Accountant at a primary school in Worcester, where she was responsible for the full accounting, payroll and related financial management functions. She joined Anco in April 2025, and we look forward to sharing in her wealth of knowledge and experience as part of the Anco team.
